If you would like to request using Freedom Care for a Special Event please fill out this form with as much detailed information as you can. We request that you would either do a breeze form for parents to register their kids or try to give us some estimate on the amount of children that you have. The more detailed information you have (including ages and numbers) the more we will be able to provide a standard of excellence.
